Our online sales policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.* It must also be in the original packaging and contents unmodified. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You, the customer are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
*Note: per our authenticity guarantee, if you claim the product is not on par with your expectations with respect to quality after opening the package, we will i) initiate a full no-cost-to-you return ii) send the returned product for testing or back to the manufacture for examination iii) either exchange the product or issue a full refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item returned which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (i.e. exclusive of the authenticity guarantee) will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
- Any item returned by the courier company after failed delivery attempts will be refunded less shipping cost.
- Any item for whom the billing address provided was incorrectly will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
